Name: Nachti

Appearance: Nachti are feline creatures, averaging a height of 5 feet and a length of 8. They have short fur, except for the tops of their heads.

Physiology: On the end of their tails is a scorpion-like stinger. It contains lethal poison that could kill an elephant in three minutes. In addition, they are equipped with protective plates on their back. It has the same durability as metal, and is almost impossible to break through.

Temperament: Nachti are very social creatures, and are never found alone. They live in colonies called gangs, where 10 to 30 live together. When their young are born, they are protected until they turn two months old. Afterwards, they learn basic hunting skills.

Habitat: They are mostly found around the Saharan region of Africa. They are unable to migrate, due to their heavy platelets.

Population: The population of the Nachti is around 3000. It is extremely difficult to spot one, because they are very weary and shy creatures.

Life Span: The average lifespan is around 120 years, but the oldest recorded Nachti lived 154 years.

Origins: It is believed that a genetic mutation occurred in a pride of lions. Several females gave birth to Nachti, and that was where it began.
