Louis has to essentially have perfect skin for her modeling job, so when her photoshoots are done she has to take off her makeup. And when she wipes the concealer off of her shoulder, it uncovers a gnarly bite scar underneath.
She really doesn't mind her scars, though. They make her look badass.
